While a majority of the orders are completed in the above time frames for metropolitan area codes it is important to allow a maximum of  15 business days between payment and receiving the goods.

Any unexpected delays or encountered issues that affect this maximum time frame will be notified to the customer promptly.

 

RECEIVING DELIVERIES

The buyer must inspect the arriving shipment(s) and report any errors in shipment promptly. The buyer must note any visible damage and/or shortage to the courier (Australian Post) immediately upon unloading/receiving the delivery and report the same to Fabufacture Australia within 24 hours of delivery. Concealed damage or shortages involving cartons received intact must be reported to Fabufacture Australia within 3 business days after receipt. Products received by the buyer and not reported to Fabufacture as damaged or shipped in error within such 3 day period will be deemed accepted by the buyer.

 

REPAIRS / RETURNS / REFUNDS

We think that you’ll be 100% satisfied with your purchases from Fabufacture Australia. However, if for any reason you’re not completely happy please inform us in writing (email preferred) to sales@fabufacture.com.au.

We’ll provide you with a Case reference, and advise how we can progress the request inline with Australian consumer rights and your preference.

When contacting us to request a repair/replacement/refund, it would be helpful if you could have the following information to hand:

  • Order Number
  • Confirmation the goods are still in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition
  • Details and quantities of items
  • Photo of the issue (if applicable)
