Question – Does Fabufacture process `over the phone` credit card payments

Answer – Yes, we offer IVR telephone payment through our service provider eWAY, simply place an online order and let us know you wish to finalise payment using this method. We will then provide you with relevant instructions/details to complete the payment for your specific order.


Question – If an ordered item is `out of stock` what happens

Answer – Once any item is identified as out of stock we will  contact you to advise this along with a forecast restock time frame, once item/s become available they will be dispatched a.s.a.p. If the order contains additional items that are in stock were feasible we will dispatch these separately to minimise inconvenience to the customer.


Question – Can I collect up my ordered items in person

Answer – Currently we do not offer this option, however our orders are routinely processed and dispatched within 24 hours from payment with a tracking number to ensure the items are received quickly.


Question – How long after ordering will my items be dispatched

Answer – Items are generally  dispatched  within 24 hrs of payment using a tracked delivery service provider


Question – How will I know when my items have been processed

Answer – Once an order has been completed and  payment completed, upon dispatch we  will email the contact if details are provided) with the relevant parcel tracking number and a copy of the invoice
